As part of his vision to nurture and support entrepreneurship in India, NSR helped setup the N. S. Raghavan Centre of Entrepreneurial Learning (NSRCEL) at IIM Bangalore with a contribution of USD 3 Million. NSRCEL helps budding entrepreneurs to carefully define the opportunities they perceive, understand the resources needed to achieve the desired results and enable them to negotiate with the environment in order to access the required resources. NSRCEL incubates entrepreneurs and provides them managerial inputs in the early stages. NSRCEL also offers a variety of management programs to suit the needs of different entrepreneurs.

SRW Advisors was setup to advise and guide entrepreneurs and provide them with support services. The firm specializes in partnering with entrepreneurs and provides the required advisory & mentoring capital to build successful businesses.

We believe that efforts such as these help grow the entrepreneurship ecosystem. As we move forward, we are looking to take steps to bridge some of the gaps in this ecosystem - from R&D to the market place. This includes building links with other facilitators, incubators, mentors and advisors, academic institutions and research bodies.
